Since this time last year, TAG has hired 14 full-time team members—a large percentage of our current workforce. Our growth period began before that, morphing, ebbing and flowing through COVID, The Great Resignation, and now a series of industry shifts that we all have in common. How did we weather all this and come out the other side with a stronger, more diverse team than ever? At TAG, we believe that our people are the cornerstone of our success. Because of that, as a recruitment team, we are not just filling positions; we are shaping the essence of our company culture. Here’s a closer look at how our recruitment efforts set the stage for a supportive, vibrant, and ultimately thriving workplace.

Every company is only as strong as its people, particularly when your business operates as a services model. Our services are a combination of our people and the finished product of the work.
