King Arthur Flour Wins Drupal's Most Prestigious Award

By Justin Emond

The big news this week: our client King Arthur Flour took home the trophy for Leader of the Pack: Commerce from the 2019 Acquia Engage Awards! The King Arthur Flour team has done amazing work over the past year and deserve the recognition for a job well done. Congrats!

(If you want to see what has us hyped up over here, you can check out the case study on Acquia.)

Our project with King Arthur Flour has come full circle. We started way back at Acquia Engage 2017 where we met Mike Hoefer, Director of Web at King Arthur Flour, who was still getting the internal buy-in of his team’s bold project. His vision captured our hearts as soon as we heard about it—a truly contextual commerce experience that embraces the three P’s that guide this 100% employee-owned company to this day: people, profit and planet.

We consider ourselves lucky to be part of the project and we’re excited to continue building out the full digital experience — maybe you’ll see us on stage again at Acquia Engage 2020?!? A big thank you to the King Arthur Flour team who raise the bar in everything they do and letting us be part of the journey. We don’t need awards to tell us that we have great clients but hey, it sure feels good anyway.

Our visionary digital experience with King Arthur Flour is only possible because of Acquia. Ideating and designing a bold, forward-thinking platform requires the best technology partner who is innovative at the core. Thank you for your commitment to the success of this project.

If you’re going to be at Acquia Engage this year, stop by our booth to chat with Ashley and Justin about ways we can help win you awards for your next project — might be useful when that next performance review with your boss comes around!
